All watches are securely packaged and shipped with tracking and signature confirmation where applicable. Shipping costs may vary depending on the value of the watch, destination, and insurance coverage requested.
Risk and responsibility are transferred to the buyer once the parcel has been lodged and tracking details have been provided.
Local Melbourne face-to-face transactions are always welcomed and preferred where possible.

Selected watches include a 30-day limited warranty covering internal mechanical movement issues under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover: water or moisture damage, accidental damage or impact, cracked crystals, scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear, magnetisation, damage caused by misuse or improper handling, watches opened or modified by third parties after purchase, or vintage-related wear where disclosed. Any issues must be reported within the 30-day warranty period. |

We offer a 48-hour inspection period upon delivery or collection to ensure the watch matches its described condition. Returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis for undisclosed major issues only. Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. Exchanges may be offered within 30 days of purchase and are subject to current market value, overall condition, and completeness of box, papers, and accessories. Any applicable price differences must be settled accordingly. |

ArDen Watches may offer buyback opportunities for watches previously purchased from us. Within 30 days of purchase, eligible watches may be considered for buyback at up to 85% of the original purchase value, subject to current condition, completeness of set, no major additional wear or damage, and authenticity verification. Buyback requests outside the 30-day period will be assessed based on prevailing market conditions and the overall condition of the watch. |
